“Agriculture is our wisest pursuit, because it will in the end contribute most to real wealth, good morals, and happiness.” – Thomas Jefferson.
Agriculture is a vital part of our everyday lives that we believe every child should learn about and experience first-hand. At Trinity Acres learning about farming is fun and educational! Children will learn about pumpkin farming, including planting, harvesting, and uses for pumpkins (they're not just for decoration!), as well as animal husbandry, such as how to care for chickens, goats, pigs, and other farm animals. Visiting the pumpkin patch allows children to gain a deeper understanding of agriculture and an appreciation for farm life.
